Matthew Ronay
Visiting Matthew Ronay's exhibition 'Ramus' at Galerie Perrotin opened some new ideas on how the typographic sculptures can be composed.
His sculptures follow an organic look demonstrated by the forms that resemble organs in the body, the lack of straight lines and vibrant colours.
Ronay's sculptures look surreal when compared to Noguchi's naturalist and purist approach.
Furthermore, Ronay's sculptures are made up of multiple pieces that come together, each having their own unique characteristic, comparable to Noguchi's interlocking period.
