This Spring/Summer collection demonstrates Simons obsession with youth culture even until now. With the models donning hooded scarves, it is reminiscent to that of the 2002 collection. In this spread design, the images are meant to display the different unique elements in the collections design through a fragmented layout. The overlaid white dots are taken from the metal rings in the outfits. In the same way it covers the garment, the white dots covers the pages.
In the last spread showing Simons collections, more close up photos are used of the outfits to display the details of the collection. The details in which are mentioned in the copy. The large, overlaid quote is one from Twin Peaks, done in stretched Garamond. To highlight each part of the quote, the text isn't in line.
Both of these spreads are related to the reversible poster design.
